Wow, low low prices for my auto insurance! I was shocked in a good way, so I bought comprehensive. But I’m annoyed now. The brakes seized on the drum. I go in a skid and hit the kerb. It bent the track rod and pitman arms. When I called Mercury for a tow, noone answered. It was a Sunday. An adjuster inspected the damage Wednesday. Seemed alright with authorizing the repairs but they ended up delaying the paperwork from their head office. Took ten days to get my car back. I know cheap is cheap but this was poor.
