I’m a bit worried. The quote was good enough to get me to switch but, after six months, I got this demand for increased instalments. I hadn’t made a claim or picked up a ticket. I was real surprised so I tried calling their help line but never got to speak to a human being. Just shunted me to voicemail every time. Now I’m two months away from renewal, the premium has been “discounted”. Guess they want me to renew.
