Bit like stepping back in time to have to deal through an agent but our local guy is what makes the policy such a good buy. He’s terrific. Nothing is too much trouble to him and when we had a break in last month, the claim went through without any problems. It’s always better to have someone local to talk to. No call centers with people who don’t know and couldn’t care less. Can’t recommend them too highly.
